CPU only branch

Hi Team,

You have a great repo but the problem I have is that I cannot find a reliable system with GPU.
Is there any branch that I can only run the repo on CPU only?
When I run the master branch on CPU only PC, it through this error when execute this code
arch_list[-1] += '+PTX'
