Restyle of maps/projects complete, but still have to add the upload shortcut at upper-left.

The upload dialog cannot be implemented without changes to views.py, which are out of scope for this project. The styles and html are in place, along with a comment explaining how to implement once views.py::upload is integrated into views.py::recent_index.
