Issue:
Unable to establish link / pass traffic with Dell Compatible 40G QSFP+ to 10G SFP+ Adapter Converter Module (QSA) connected to either Dell s4048-on 10Gb switch (40Gb ports) and any port on the s6010-on 40Gb switch.
OpenSwitch (opx-ethtool) reports the operational state as down, regardless of any port configured speed, duplex or auto-negotiation setting. The issue also occurs with default port settings.
opx-ethtool reports:
