Extracting observed data only from specific set of namespaces

I have seen that the receiver/k8sevents has an option to specify the list of namespaces, only from which the events are sent to the exporters (log).
I wanted the same kind of namespace filtering to be done in receiver/k8scluster. This will be very helpful.

Add an namespace configuration.
