Unable to get the ocb_<version>_linux_amd64 binaries for custom open telemetry collector

Hi,
I am building a custom open telemetry collector with modules that does transformation from counter to guage .
Few days back when I was doing POC I was able to download the ocb_0.75.0_windows_amd64.exe from the release link and was able to use this executable along with build-config.config file to generate the custom-opentelemetry-collector compatible with windows.
Now I want to dockerize this solution so am looking for the ocb__Linux_amd64 executable to generate custom open telemetry collector for Ubuntu . But now in the release link https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-releases/releases I am not able to see the binaries starting with ocb. Where do I get those binaries from ?
