"Donate Now" button

Now that the Geeko Foundation exists, the openSUSE community has a central spot for donations to go to: https://geekos.org/donate/.

I would like to see a button on the "Home Page" of this app so that it is obvious how people can contribute monetarily. This should be a simple addition would be ideally be ready in time for the next version of Leap.
