can we have a tutorial video for adding custom cores ?

hello i try to add ppsspp liberto core but i dont know how i only know that i put the liberto core inside cores and after that the dll inside the other core folder and after that somehow you get a json file with the controller buttons i dont know what name or what extra files are needed thanks for your time and thanks you if the issue will be solved or not
