Rational

The knowledge of making a release has to be share between key developpers.
Making a release has to be as automatic as possible
Release early, release often
Provide quality and collective release as possible

Priorities

Define the main priorities :
- Linux first on only ubuntu?,
- conda?,
- Linux+Windows+Mac?
Have functional tests working (that merge several packages) rather than only unit test
Check a list of key tutorials
