Sao Paulo not updating

Sao Paulo CETESB seems to have stopped updating in OpenAQ for about 3 months. The site still loads when manually requesting but takes a long time. Perhaps theres a timeout?

I timed it at ~20 seconds running locally. The problem is not readily apparent to me unless the environment variables are not available to it in the deployment... it requires both CETESB_LOGIN and CETESB_PASSWORD
