Many of the scripts for performing back-end operations on the OpenCA database are now rendered broken due to the OpenCA::DB/DB.pm perl module being removed in favor of OpenCA::DBI/DBI.pm module (please confirm).

The scripts are located in the /bin directory based on the prefix argument specified in the configure command. The scripts are also located in the /openca-base/src/scripts directory in the repository.
