Good morning, I'm using a UGREEN USB to Audio Jack Sound Card Adapter as recommended by a number of YouTube Crankshaft videos. I get sound from the device, but the microphone input doesn't seem to work. Crankshaft recognizes the device and it's set as the input source, but it doesn't work. Any thoughts? chris |

LOL. The connector for the microphone is four conductor. Included in the package is an adapter to three conductor. Works fine now :| |
