Export (CSV file) - wrong metadata, missing metadata (5.0.0)

Describe the bug
The .csv file contains wrong metadata - quite a mess.

• In some cases, metadata is shown in wrong colums
• Some colums seem to be displayed twice (e.g. "contributor" and "contributor_s")
• Owners/"RightsHolder" are missing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Got to the content view of an Opencast video Series
2. Click on "Export" --> "Export CSV"

Expected behavior
Only relevant metadata is exported, see screnshot below.
