[ILIAS 9] Download of Video doesn't work: "Undefined array key "extension""

Describe the bug
When trying to download a video you get an error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a video with a download
2. Click on Download
3. See error

Expected behavior
The video should be downloaded or in our case should redirect to the url of the specified in the download publication (External source)

I can confirm that this issue is fixed.
