Train PVnet DA with ocf-data-sampler

Currently we have a PVnet DA model using ocf-datapipes.
We want to move this over to using ocf-data-sampler.
We have done this for PVnet Intraday.

It'll need

• gsp data
• ECMWF data
• UKV data
• Satellite data

DA model is 36 hours.

We decided we not need to do Satellite for this.
