The SDG process writes some file paths in the *_task.yaml files that are used during the MMLU_branch evaluation step. However, when we move the SDG data for the standalone script, the file paths are no longer correct. We need to add a function to the final eval component to update the file paths in the *_task.yaml files to correspond to their new locations.
