Avoid pushing an image to the container registries, when a branch is created on this repo

All of the branches pushed to this repo build and push an image to the container registries (docker hub, ghcr, quay).

I don't remember the context of this issue, but taking a look at the way the things are. We are infact supposed to push images to container registry because now we operate with pre-release tags which get published on branch creations. So we night not need to do anything here? cc @niladrih @tiagolobocastro

It was discussed that with new ci changes this is no longed needed. Marking it as done.
