Can someone with knowledge of the open edx data review this page? There is a note in the rst file that has only open edx formatting and says: " The descriptions of columns in the following table apply to edx.org. Required or optional fields shown to learners during registration and available for editing in Account Settings might vary for Open edX sites."

Could use a revision from someone with more knowledge of the data collected.

I can take a look and try to clarify the language. I believe this is referring to the demographic data collected, which is configurable for each Open edX installation. We should probably remove the edx.org columns since they may not be up to date, and we will not know when they change.

I think that the text:

" The descriptions of columns in the following table apply to edx.org. Required or optional fields shown to learners during registration and available for editing in Account Settings might vary for Open edX sites."

Only shows up on the edx.org documentation, which is the opposite of what I'd expect based on the tag, but you can see it here:
