Description:
"When a user downloads videos from a course and attempts to play them offline, the videos initially work fine. However, an issue arises when the user switches off the device and then switches it back on. At this point, the downloaded videos become somehow unable to play offline."

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to the app
  • Load any course
  • Download all the videos from the course
  • Now switch off the internet
  • Load the course again and try to play the downloaded videos
  • Notice the videos are playing as expected
  • Now shutdown the device and restart it after sometime
  • Load the course again and play the downloaded videos
  • Notice the user is unable to play some of the downloaded videos

Expected Behaviour:
Once the videos are downloaded then the videos should be playable in any of the following scenarios

  • Videos should play in offline mode
  • Videos should play when the device is shut down for a while and then restarted again
  • Video should be playable when the phone is in shut down state for a whole day
