Preconditions: you as a user have an avatar.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open some course
  2. Tap on "Discussion" tab
  3. Find and open Discussion/Question post with responses
  4. Look at the user icon of the response's author

Result: Incorrect user icon of the author of the response. (it's my avatar)

Expected result: Correct user icon of the author of the response.
