[Android] Incorrect button name for creating a question

Preconditions: The user has courses on Dashboard

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open app
2. Open any content on Dashboard
3. Tap on "Discussion" tab
4. From the discussion categories list tap on any category
5. Tap on the "Create post" button
6. Select "Question" tab
7. Look on button at the bottom

Result: Incorrect button name for creating a question. (Create discussion)

Expected result: Correct button name for creating a question.(Create question) You may also need to change the Screen Title: "Create post" instead "Create Discussion"
