Add a place to gather user feedback #1333

As suggested during our meeting on January, 22nd. We could have a place to incite users to give feedback.

Either by:

Linking to the issues on GitHub (experts)
Offering them to join the slack
Sending an email to a price address (or regular contact with a subject)
Asking them to fill a form, I believe two of them already exist: a generic one, a mobile specific one

This could be:

On the footer (like the current github link)
On the About page (like the current contact email)
As a banner, if we want to be aggressive about it
As a "help" button on different elements
As a specific card on the challenge page, since it's where we tend to orient new users these days
