Review Part 3 content about collection inputs to see if some of that discussion should actually be moved to Part 1.

My suggestion is that the "Collection Input" and "Remote Collections" (both using the "collection" key in the execution request, representing a local vs. remote collection respectively) are the ones that should be moved to Part 1 as an alternate mechanism to provide an input in addition to "href" and "value" (and the direct short-hand form of passing a value which does not use an object).

This corresponds to Section 8 in the current Part 3 - Workflows.
