QfieldCloud data is not showing when syncronizing #2596
-
Hi there, I created in a QfieldCloud project a point layer that contains IDs and photos (paths) in QGIS. When I use this in Qfield I'm able to see the path or URL and if I edit the layer I can add a point and also take a picture. I understand the picture get usually store in a relative path and if I sync the project I can see that Qfield idenfy the changes and apparently push the data to the cloud. Now, when I sync the project in QGIS to check the new points, the changes are just not there. I downloaded and imported the data from the webview and just the changes without photos got digitized. I tried refreshing and opening the project from the cloud in QGIS and neither the changes in the point layer with photos and not photos got updated. Please let me know if I wasn't clear enough. Kindly, Giovanny |

@gi921120 can you share your username/project name, or the project data itself, so I can see what happened in the logs? |

Hey @gi921120 . Thanks for the details. If you check the jobs tab of your project in the web UI, you should see a job of type "packaging" with the following table:
The table highlights problems with your project, namely you are refering to files that are outside the directory that holds the Can you clarify how you uploaded your project to the cloud? How did you create your QFieldCloud project, from web or QFieldSync? If the latter, which of the two radio buttons you have chosen? |

Hi Ivan, I created the project with QFieldSync. I found my mistake. I was not paying attention to the two radio buttons. Kind regards, Giovanny |
