  • Should be a significant contribution to the available open source software that either enables some new research challenges to be addressed or makes addressing research challenges significantly better (e.g., faster, easier, simpler)

My package contributes to research in empirical finance by automating the download of data relating to financial health and transactions of publicly-listed companies, thus speeding-up and simplifying the financial research workflow.
