Tables have inconsistent vertical text alignment

In list tables such as those used for https://standard.openownership.org/en/latest/schema/reference.html#codelists

The grey rows have vertical alignment centred. The lighter/transparent rows seem to be vertically aligned upwards so there's a noticeable gap at the bottom of those rows.
