Would be nice if there was more room for the actual query message. Maybe design it like a whatsapp chat with user and time on top and then the message. The table view right now does not leave enough space for the query message, if it is very long (see screenshot).
Also the resolved tag does not need to be there, I feel. It takes up a lot of room and the information is also in the list to the left.
