Wrong site title on Thank you page after making unblock request

After making an unblock request for a site, we redirect people to a thank you page that suggests making another unblock request. That page has a page title of the site we're now suggesting people try to have unblocked at the top.

This is confusing. It feels like you might have just requested the wrong site to be unblocked.

This bit is what I'm talking about <div class="page_title"></div>

We should either remove this or have it say the title of the page you just asked to unblock.
