osg-scitokens-mapfile

Instructions for updating:

1.  Create a tag in topology named `data-N` where N is a number.
2.  Go to the tags page (https://github.com/opensciencegrid/topology/tags)
    and download the tar.gz for the tag you just created.
3.  Put the downloaded tarball into
    `/p/vdt/public/html/upstream/osg-scitokens-mapfile/topology/`
    and get its sha1sum.
4.  Update `upstream/topology.source` with the new tag.
5.  Update the spec file, set the version to N.
6.  Commit and build!
