[BUG] Some partners not showing alphabetically #3430

Describe the bug

The three partner markdown files that start with capital letters seem to be sorted differently than the rest.

Expected behavior

The partners should appear in alphabetical order.

To Reproduce

Visit partner page. AI/ML, Eyes4It, and ReliaQuest are appearing first.

We can either rename those markdown files to not use capital letters,

or

(preferred) : Let's have Jekyll sort them in the template display logic so as to not take the slug (filename) into account.
