Complete tasking library debt

• Cleanup PRs for merging to master 28, 34 - Fix codacy issues and tests
  - [ ] Fix & update tasking integration to Reveal Moved to Fix build and codacy issues, and update tasking integration to Reveal opensrp-client-reveal#1233
• Finish map merge from Benn Simon PRs (29, 34) - The initial work needs to be completed and the Goldsmith map work on top of that also needs to be merged/updated

Move Fix & update tasking integration to Reveal to reveal/tasking lib

LOE = 1-2 days assuming the updates on the initial map work are not considered in this LOE. We have a meeting on Monday 8th Feb 2021 to decide on the way forward

The build fails to to compile errors. Refactors on the client core configurable work & configurable views library was not updated on the tests of the tasking library. There might also be some failing tests after the compile errors are fixed.
