There are few legacy (no-longer-updated) datasets available via planet.openstreetmap.org that need to find a home.

They could be archived to AWS S3.

CC-BY-SA: planet dumps (XML and PBF)
CC-BY-SA: changeset dumps
CC-BY-SA: Full history dumps
CC-BY-SA: replication diffs (minutely, hourly, daily) ?
GPS dumps
historical shapefiles
redation period diffs (during licence change)
statistics (data_stats.html) - Updated Daily
users agreed / users disagreed (to new licensing change) - Updated Daily
