What happened?

Wheel of Destiny lagging server when player press ,,OK" or ,,Apply". Machine 6x3.0Ghz, 16gb ram, internet d=1gbu/u=400mb. Somone can help me? I will check on two machines and have same problem (Intel and Amd)
