Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the menu management interface in the admin panel.
Select an existing template and view the menu categories.
Click the "+" button to create a new menu item.
Observe that the newly added menu item does not have a functional remove button.
Expected Behavior:
The newly added menu item should display a functional remove button, similar to existing menu items, allowing users to remove the item if desired.
Actual Behavior:
The remove button either does not appear or is non-functional for newly added menu items, preventing users from removing them without refreshing the page or manually editing the form.
