"More Options" three dot menu in "Manage Profiles" is not accessible

Something is broken with the "more options" three dot menu on the profile cards on the "Manage Profiles" page. I'm not able to navigate via screen reader to the "Rename" option in the menu. The focus states look wrong as well, so I assume there is something to do with the html/javascript that's messing things up. I would cross reference with the "more options" menu on the "Credential Preview" page, since that one works as expected.
