Users don't know what feature flags we have, where they're configured, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

FF documentation in Docs directory of DCC, linked to from README in LCW
Create FF object in root → config.ts (within LinkConfig)
Check to see if FF's are defined elsewhere within the wallet (Dmitri)
