Camera disconnect not handled gracefully #1

If you disconnect the camera, the service never really shuts down, it just starts getting failures at a very high rate.

Hey @peplin, have you made any progress with this issue? I also found that if a preview is running and the application is restarted remotely then you get the same issue. Is there a reasonable v4l2 approach to resetting the camera?
