Since most users run in the VM is Fabric tasks, we could theoretically have those run from outside the VM, since Fabric is designed to work with remote hosts via SSH anyway. The trick is figuring out the VM's IP address - there may be a vagrant CLI command for this.

We'd have to find a way to pipe the output of vagrant ssh-config into Fabric reliably on all operating systems.
