If I add or delete an input, changes are detected but not displayed

Display changes in changes and history view

In fact; Fink needs an option to display all possible changes of the schema. Otherwise, this information cannot be displayed to the user in the changes, conflicts or history tab.

@nils.jacobsen as every app will face this challenge. Should we look for a solution at component level?

Just synced with Niklas. We gonna do a design sprint about that topic and eventually shift it in a reusable component in the next days.
