SyncDingTalkUsers写入用户失败：在LDAP更新用户失败：LDAP Result Code 32 "No Such Object"

使用一直都很正常，今天发现新钉钉用户没有同步过来，手动同步报错，请问是什么原因。部门同步是正常的。同步原LDAP信息也是正常的。
