SMT mounting pads for JST connectors are currently floating. This means that only the pads' copper foil glued to the FR-4 are holding the connectors down. Modest torque on the connector will cause the pads to rip off.
Suggested Solution
Connect all mounting pads to GND (ideally without thermal reliefs, if feasible) to improve mounting strength, as the pad and attached copper pour provide mechanical strength through the foil bonded to the FR-4.
