Extend LatLonIndicatorLayer to be configurable #6

LatLonIndicatorLayer should be configurable. You should be able to

  • Specify where it is displayed
  • Specify and be able to update the coordinate system the location is displayed in
  • Specify the color/font size
  • Specify whether to show eye height
  • Specify whether to show the altitude

In addition, it should probably extend WorldWind.CoordinatesDisplayLayer
