use Pre-Authenticated Request to upload files

Do you have any plans to support Pre-Authenticated Request URLs for the oci-cli? By doing so, we could upload files to blob storage in Oracle without the need to login using config file. This implementation would be particularly valuable for use cases in which we need to upload large files through oci-cli, leveraging its built-in retry mechanism and needed the customers to register oracle account.

@karthik-k-kamath the link that you shared is only use to create PAR url, it can't be use to upload files to Oracle cloud using PAR with OCI-CLI .
