GoogleCalendar site and Music Calendar demo broken

The GoogleCalendar site and the Music Calendar demo no longer work. They rely on obsolete/terminated Google APIs.

They need to be reimplemented with supported Google APIs.

The current status makes the failure a runtime failure. I think we should replace the changes in a040f4d with removal of the sites from the includes to make compilation fail. Earlier failure is better in cases like this.
