Make the new aifororcas2 version live

Currently aifororcas2 and aifororcasdetections2 are in beta alongside the v1 sites aifororcas and aifororcasdetections.
This issues tracks what is remaining to make the v2 version be in production.

• Modify data schema to make it v2 compatible (this is a data team task) - don't know if this was done or not
• Run data migration to convert existing data to v2 schema (the code for this has already been written) - did this for the beta, but we will have to do it again once we go "live" with the new environment'
• update the notification emails to point to the new site, OR make the v2 site use the original URLs so the emails are still correct

This issue was split out of issue #155 based on discussion between @micowan and myself.
