Create a (historic!) version of a Bigg's call catalog based on thesis appendix III by Deecke-2003

One possible way of releasing an initial Bigg's call catalog would be to:

1. ask Volker to dig up his old recordings from which he generated Appendix III: Spectrograms of Transient Call Types
2. organize them in an signals directory (following the signals-srkw repository
3. clip out the old spectrograms from Appendix III (see full pages of images below)
4. write or adapt a script to generate a catalog/ue!
