PRIDE using two FTP urls for Public datasets

Since November 2021, the PRIDE team is using two URLs for their public datasets:

• For datasets previous to 2021: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pride-archive/
• For datasets 2021 & 2022: http://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/archive/

This has been needed because PRIDE Archive is moving to a new storage architecture (a process that will finish June 2022). The URL for each dataset can be recovered using the PRIDE Archive API.

When the movement finished completely, all PRIDE datasets will be back to the following URL http://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/archive/
