In this 3rd public alpha build, the Privacy, Personalization, and Context Menu categories work now. 😸
The app shows the actual state of every function (Privacy, Personalization, and Context menu in this case).
Translated into Russian and English. Supports dark and light themes.

Compiled in cloud via GitHub Actions.

The user who launches the app has to have an admin rights by default, if you do not, you will configure the settings for the user account who ran the program.

• Added the start up checking for the Windows 10 build version and so on.

Temporarily minimum supporting Windows 10 x64 build: 19041.1151 — 19044.1151
