I have set up a Wineskin wrapper for use in macOS Catalina. I've successfully installed iTunes for Windows in it, and iTunes is functioning properly so far. However, if I shut down or restart the Mac, the first time I try to run iTunes, I receive a prompt notifying me that MacBook-Pro.localhost is already in use, and the name one sees in File Sharing is being changed to MacBook-Pro2.localhost.
The next time I launch my iTunes wrapper after a shutdown, I get the same warning and the .localhost name is changed again.
Is this behavior something that can be addressed by a winetrick, configuration change, boot argument, etc.?
Thanks for looking. If anyone is interested in how I got iTunes working, I'm willing to share.
