Show users what Discord channels / subreddits / etc they can access with their public key

https://www.daylight.xyz/ would like to query the Collab.Land /communities endpoint, catalog the Discord channels / subreddits that Collab.Land token-gates, associate them with the tokenAddress of their required tokens, and let any web3 user know what channels they have access to based on the tokens in their wallet.

This will help communities that use Collab.Land up their engagement (more members in community channels) and help users save time and better connect with their communities.
