What is the difference between S110 and S130 about crazyflie2-nrf-firmware?

Hi,

What is the difference between S110 and S130 about crazyflie2-nrf-firmware？
and how to compile the firmware and download it if use stlink or jlink？

S110 and S130 are two Bluetooth stacks from Nordic semiconductor. S110 is older, S130 is the one we use since about one year and is newer. When compiling the latest firmware you will get S130.

my crazyflie2.1 should be 2023.10 firmware, so it should be S110 stack, how to update to new S130 ?

First upgrade your Crazyflie with the latest firmware using the client, then you will be running the new stack and ready to compile and flash the new firmware.

You cannot run nRF and STM firmware so far apart version-wise. So either you need to upgrade everything, or you need to go back in time and start from a nRF firmware that is from 2023.10.
